The Organic Debate Rages On Without Me

In our anti aging quest for creating a healthy lifestyle, the subject of Organics is bound to be brought up.
The debate rages on whether you should be paying the premium for organic produce or not. I’d rather not get into that debate here (can you believe that??).
A couple of my esteemed colleagues have done a much better job of it than I could have, so I’ll just pass along the great information…From Jeremy over at Almost Fit:
Should You Bother With Organic Fruits and Vegetables?
He makes some pretty valid points while at the same time realizing that everything is up to interpretation.
And from Heidi over at Health Nut Wannabee Mom:
A great listing of what is worthwhile to buy organic and what is not. Some interesting information I was not aware of. I forwarded this one to several friends I have that think if it says “organic”, it must be better.
Enjoy!
