We all read or hear information about anti aging, but it’s rare to get advice from someone who actually lives what they preach. No More Little Old Ladies! was written by Barbara Morris, a pharmacist who wrote about anti aging techniques when she was 79 – she clearly knows something about aging.

New Book on Anti Aging – the End of Aging?

There’s a new book coming out in September called The End of Aging.
Not sure what you think about that, but I call that death.
However this very renowned Dr. claims that the knowledge is here to significantly reduce and even reverse the aging process!
I’m not too sure I would want to live 1,000 years, but on the other hand, living to a ripe old age free from the normal diseases of aging
sounds like a good thing.
