Cool Video – Anti Aging Skin Care for Men

Here’s a cool video about anti aging for men. Actually, it’s about skin care for men, but it shows what a man would like if he pursued a lifestyle that is bad for aging. The main examples are smoking and too much sun.
Not news to any of us here, but it’s fun to watch the “aging software” they use. By the way, I went to the website they talked about in the video. Turns out, you too can get your face aged — for the low price of $19.95.
I myself would not be interested in seeing myself age — looking in the mirror is enough for me! However, you may want to check out the demos on their website.
They do give some tips on what types of products to use to help with the aging process.

Elevated Blood Sugar – The New Alzheimer’s?

There has been some interesting research lately that links the possibility of elevated blood sugar to developing Alzheimer’s.
In fact, a recent study revealed that as many as 70 percent of elderly people with chronically elevated blood sugar are more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease. Read more
