Anti Aging Video – Is He For Real?

I just ran across this video of a guy that takes Amazon Botanicals and herbs as part of his anti aging program.
Apparently he thinks this mixture of supplements does cellular regeneration and he is actually growing younger – or at least not aging. Read more

I’m spending my 54th birthday doing a 5K with my kids. Okay, well probably mostly walking it, but still…
It’s helps when your birthday falls on a national holiday and they schedule events like that.
It certainly makes me feel less old and it’s a great way to start out another year.
