Hormone Replacement - Watch the Cute Doctor Video!

July 12, 2008 by User ImageGiGi (Who am I?) · Leave a Comment

Here’s an anti aging video I found of the Gregory Mantell show. He’s interviewing a world-famous opthamologist who has also gone the route of anti aging.

Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler discusses using bio identical hormones as an anti aging treatment. I like that a lot of the controversies over these treatments are brought up and discussed. He also brings up things to look for as you age and what these conditions mean.

He also covers a lot of male related aging problems. So guys, here’s your chance to learn about what to do about some of those signs of aging!

By the way, I personally know someone who has gone through the bio identical hormone treatment and it made a world of difference in his life! He lost weight, was able to exercise easier (and saw faster benefits from exercise), increased his energy level and it really improved his sex life.

So have fun watching the cute doctor — the video is about 25 minutes, but it’s very comprehensive.

The Gregory Mantell Show — Anti-Aging

Rather than merely accepting aging as inevitable, anti-aging specialists are trying to do something about it. Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler, one of thje world’s leading vision correction surgeons, discusses hormone replacement therapy.

Aubrey de Grey Gets Wired

June 30, 2008 by User ImageGiGi (Who am I?) · Leave a Comment

Aubrey de GreyIf you’ve been reading anti aging news, you’ve probably heard of Dr. Aubrey de Grey.

A founder of the Methuselah Foundation, he also wrote the book, Ending Aging.

The Methuselah Foundation is sponsoring the first ever U.S. conference on Aging: the Disease, the Cure, the Implications. Scientists from all over will be discussing their research and findings on aging.

And Dr. de Grey got an article written about him in Wired Magazine.

As the subject of anti aging becomes more mainstream, more money is being funded to organizations that do research on the subject of aging. Recently, the Buck Institute got a $25 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to start a new scientific discipline called Geroscience, which will be focused on the interface of normal aging and age-related diseases.

Look to be hearing more about Geroscience in the near future. The anti aging phenomenon isn’t going away anytime soon!

Here’s an amusing interview of Dr. Aubrey de Grey on the Stephen Colbert Report:
