You’ve finally decided it’s time to get fit. You know all the stuff you are supposed to do – diet, exercise, change your habits – or do you?
Do you know what is involved in changing your body, in changing your lifestyle? What does it REALLY take to get fit over 40? How about fit over 50? And beyond??
Here’s your chance to discover the true and wildly inspirational stories of people who did just that — changed their life after 40 years of age.
-
The story of a 77 year old woman that trains with her 48 year old daughter
-
Stories from ex- addicts and ex- alcoholics that turned their life around
-
The story of a man who was paralyzed and in his 40s, became a world-class wheelchair athlete
There are 50 of these stories in all with many before and after photos. Truly inspirational.
Makes YOUR excuses kind of lame, doesn’t it?
Besides the inspirational stories and photos, the author, Jon Benson, tells his own story of how he totally changed his life from a “clinically” obese health disaster to a totally fit over 40 year old today. And he tells you exactly what he did to achieve it and more importantly– how he stayed motivated during it all. He also covers:
-
How to stay focused
-
How to “customize” your nutrition plan
-
The rules of eating to boost your metabolism
And much more!
I’ll be honest – getting fit over 40 is no small task. It takes a lot of work and dedication. But the benefits are sooooo worth it!
Take the plunge – at LEAST go look at the sales page and sign up for his free newsletter and bonuses. His newsletter has now gone audio and I must admit, it is always interesting. Plus he’ll send you 4 chapters of the book – for free!
