I know, this isn’t a dieting blog, but I’ve recently been trying to drill the idea in a friend’s head that starving yourself or yo yo dieting is harmful to your health.
Well, I’ve found a video that explains why you need to EAT in order to lose weight.

She covers the various forms of starvation – and how those of us that get consumed with our work and don’t eat all day are really damaging our bodies. (Hint – you know who you are!)
Be sure to watch it all the way through as she then covers simple yet effective techniques for keeping your body fueled without taking a lot of time out of your day.
I’m guessing my friend isn’t the only one who could benefit from this video.
