Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About B Vitamins

November 5, 2008 by GiGi

Welcome back!

My friend Tom, from Free Fitness Tips, has started a series of articles about B Vitamins.

Seriously, there’s no sense in re-creating the wheel here. He’s done all the research and pretty much covers everything, so I’ll just pass you along to him.

He starts with:

What are B Vitamins?

And then he goes on to:

Vitamin B1 Explained – I do have a problem with this one, though. He has a picture that I SWEAR looks like maggots, but he has it labeled as brown rice. You decide.   ;)

Vitamin B2 Explained – Now in this article he has a photo of whole milk as a dietary source of B2 (Riboflavin). But since it’s a water soluble vitamin anyway, you can easily get the Vitamin B2 from SKIM milk rather than whole milk – it’s a lot healthier.

Go ahead and sign up for his feed or email service so you can get the next in the series as he writes them.

Thanks Tom, for saving me from doing all that work!

Thanks for the link GiGi. I assure you they are not maggots :-) – even though now you’ve said it the rice seems to look more and more like maggots every time I look at the photo.

Very interesting read GiGi you may have a small point about that rice looking like maggots but they really not are they. I didn’t realize that there were so many vitamin B’s.
