		<description>Great reminder, GiGi - what do I need to change?  I need to keep my exercise consistent, for one.  It&#039;s been too sporadic recently.  And...I need to do a better job of watching what I eat - Halloween is a rough time - too much candy in the house.  So, I&#039;ll take this as a proverbial kick in my pants to make some positive changes and get back to where I need to be.  Thank you!

		<description>Recently, at the beginning of the month, I put a list of goals I&#039;d like to accomplish for that month.  It&#039;s my 30 Day Challenge.  I love setting new goals and working to achieve them.

With change, comes challenge, and if you put the right challenges in front of yourself, it can be fun....................:)
