Okay, we (the United States) have just elected a new President. Probably the most watched presidential election in the entire world. Everyone is talking about change.
How about you? Is it time for a change in you? Are you where you want to be with your health?
The new year is just around the corner and we’ll all be in a flurry of New Years Resolutions.
But now is a good time to reflect on the state of YOUR state.
- Do you wake up every morning ready to start the day inspired?
- How is your energy level?
- Are you eating nutritiously?
- Are you sleeping well?
- Are you making exercise a daily part of your life?
- Are you doing something everyday to expand your mind and keep yourself sharp?
Take a serious assessment of the state of your health and start taking the necessary steps to get back on track. Then you can start the new year with practices already in place.
Change for the better – that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?

Great tips, GiGi. Now is always the best time to make a resolution!
Recently, at the beginning of the month, I put a list of goals I’d like to accomplish for that month. It’s my 30 Day Challenge. I love setting new goals and working to achieve them.
With change, comes challenge, and if you put the right challenges in front of yourself, it can be fun………………..:)

I’ve got a bunch of changes to make and it isn’t too early to start. No reason to wait until January 1st!
Great reminder, GiGi – what do I need to change? I need to keep my exercise consistent, for one. It’s been too sporadic recently. And…I need to do a better job of watching what I eat – Halloween is a rough time – too much candy in the house. So, I’ll take this as a proverbial kick in my pants to make some positive changes and get back to where I need to be. Thank you!

Thanks, everyone – I made that post as more of a “kick” for me, but I’m glad everyone else is enjoying it, too!
