Here is an absolutely must see video of some basic information about anti aging medicine.

I especially like the beginning where he covers the goal of anti aging - to live a vibrant, quality life for a long as possible rather than a slow decline from the time you are 30.

Dr. Ron Rothenburg does a good job of covering some terms you may have heard but are unsure of. He covers some of the supplements, some bio-identical hormones and hgh supplementation (human growth hormone).

He has his own anti aging clinic and interviews one of his patients and talks about what happens when you go to an anti aging clinic.

I have known people that have gone to them and they are expensive. If you have the money, it would be a good idea to go and get tested to see where you stand. The problem becomes the supplements they prescribe later. Usually, they are a “proprietary” blend and are very costly.

Some (but not all) of these can be found much cheaper online without sacrificing quality or dosage. I was able to save my friend about $80 per month by substituting some of his supplements.

This video was made about 5 years ago, but most of the information is still relevant today. Remember, he’s not an actor - what he lacks in style, he makes up for with substance. The video is about 27 minutes.
