Here’s a cool Exercise Mythbuster Quiz you can take to win one of 3 prizes from eFITology.

The prizes are one of two types of exercise bikes – recumbent or upright or a set of Power Blocks Adjustable Dumbbell Sets.

It’s not too hard – (I got 100%). Here are the rules:
