World’s Oldest Man Gives Some Great Advice

July 27, 2009 by GiGi

Welcome back!

Walter Breuning from Great Falls, Montana became the world’s oldest living man(112) when Britain’s 113 year old man, Henry Allingham, died last week.

He’s in great shape and cites his health as the thing he’s most grateful for.

Here’s a video of him that’s great fun to watch. He gives some great words of wisdom towards the end. Something we’ve been harping about a lot lately.

Enjoy!

This is an interesting story that the world oldest man gives. He really knows what he is talking about and he has been around the block a couple of times

If I lived that long I’d hope I was as on the ball as him! My Great Grandma is coming up to 100 now, and up until about 10 years ago was still a keen rambler – she loved climbing hills!

Well, you’ve got a great start – at least genetically!

Good point, that helps! I just need to maintain regular exercise throughout my life and stick to the everything in moderation rule!

    Gigi,
OMG! 112 years of age. There’s so much life left to live. We gotta make sure Walter observes the “cloudy day” rule to keep him alive and accident free for another year. He’s a happy man enjoying his life day by day. Good advice for all of us. I love his sense of humor! Heartwarming. Thanks for sharing this video with us. Walter is the embodiment of living life juicy!
